We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused **Service Engineer (Mechanical Fitter)** to provide installation, maintenance, and technical support for our products and systems at Office & client locations. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, commission, and test mechanical/electrical systems and equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults and breakdowns.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with service schedules.
- Provide remote or on-site technical support to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Train customer personnel on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams for feedback and product improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures during all service activities.
- Travel to customer sites as needed (local or international).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in a service engineering or maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, or automation (as applicable).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Good problem-solving skills and hands-on technical aptitude.
- Willingness to travel and work independently on-site.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting tools.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in industries such as electronics manufacturing, automation, HVAC, energy, or heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with required tools
