Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of end-to-end project delivery, demonstrating complete accountability from conception to seamless implementation of 1-2 projects. Directly manage a dynamic team of Associates & Senior Associates, ensuring their alignment with project goals.

Conduct insightful client interviews, extracting key figures, and diligently gathering project requirements. Navigate the intricacies of project timing, client expectations, and deadlines, ensuring a harmonious balance. Display proactive involvement in business development activities, contributing to sales collaterals, pitch documents, and organizational growth through effective training and recruitment initiatives.

Craft intelligent and impactful PowerPoint presentations, a skill essential for articulating project insights and findings. Present final results to clients, steering discussions toward potential opportunities within or outside the ongoing project. Uphold meticulous documentation standards, ensuring comprehensive reports are maintained.

Plan project deliverables and milestones with precision, offering valuable business analysis and assessments within the assigned domain. Foster regular team meetings, facilitating collaboration and information exchange.

**Job Requirement**

**Experience**:5 to 8 years of proven excellence in the field.
