**Job title**: - Executive - Cash Billing

**Job content**: - Responsible for timely and appropriate preparation of bills.

**Duties**: - Accountable for timely and correct billing; preparing duty roaster of staff, sample checking of discharged bill file; Obtaining investigation reports; OT report; verifying with inpatient bills; getting updation of files daily; contacting nurses & consultant for clarifications.

**Required knowledge: - **Good knowledge about billing procedure and tariffs of hospital

**Required skills**: - Good communication skills & computer skillls.

**Qualification & Experience**: - Should be graduate preferably BCom with at least 3-5 years of experience.

**Role complexity: - **Will be required to ensure appropriate and timely functioning of the sub departments handling projects taxation and vendor management. Diligent job entailing day-to-to updation

**Interpersonal skills**: - Good interaction with intra departmental associates; will be called upon to interact with outside agencies.

**Supervisory skills**: - Good supervisory skills to get requisite works done from associates will be required to monitor and cordial work.

**Independent judgment: - **within the framework of SOPs / policies

**Reporting: - **Directly to DGM (F&A) and indirectly to CHA

**Impact and consequences: - **Errors will be unacceptable as it will impact financial status/ viability and in-turn the hospital operations.

**Leadership responsibility**: - Limited scope for leadership; more of team building activity

**Working condition**: - fairly hectic work schedule to ensure daily updation/monitoring

**Salary**: ₹8,903.99 - ₹12,000.00 per month
