We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join in Village Dulhera, Bahadurgarh Haryana. You will be responsible for inspecting bottles throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished goods, utilizing your knowledge of both blow molding and injection molding machines. This is a critical role in maintaining Company reputation for excellence and exceeding customer expectations. **Responsibilities**: - Conduct visual inspections of bottles at various stages of production, identifying and reporting any defects such as cracks, scratches, discoloration, or dimensional inconsistencies. - Operate and maintain quality control equipment, including gauges, calipers, and thickness testers. - Perform laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products in accordance with established procedures. - Analyze test results and compare them to specifications, identifying and notifying relevant personnel of any discrepancies. - Participate in regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. - Document all quality control activities and maintain accurate records. - Recommend corrective actions and preventative measures to improve quality processes. - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in quality control techniques. - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Controller in the bottle manufacturing industry. - Strong understanding of blow molding and injection molding processes. - Proficiency in operating and maintaining quality control equipment. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in MS Office.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 per month
