**Job Overview**:
As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads within the Northern region. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various digital channels and analyze performance to optimize results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the Northern region's market needs and trends.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content and structure for search engines. Implement and manage search engine marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences within the Northern region.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the regional sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation activities.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign management and lead generation.
- **Technical Skills**: Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, CMS platforms).
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
