What you’ll be doing:

- Developing Salesforce training and certification program as well as communication strategy for new and established implementations.
- Use the Brainshark Sales Enablement tool to deliver Salesforce training content. - Ensure sales managers are properly trained to support and teach their teams to use Salesforce.
- Create, manage, and deliver Salesforce virtual training, communications and documentation to sales for onboarding and continual learning purposes (video, PDF, live screen share, etc.)
- Participate in multiple implementation projects and collaborate with peers to ensure adoption.
- Provide an update on Salesforce release roadmap.
- Conduct service roll-out planning and communication with sales enablement, sales operations, and sales leadership team.
- Support sales in understanding the platform and changes, including contract process.
- Being a main point-of-contact for sellers having Salesforce and contracts issues, helping to resolve their questions/issues within the SLA established
- Manage assigned aspects of end-to-end release process for sales systems
- Manage the release for implementation for Salesforce and connected systems.
- Document outstanding known errors and workarounds. - Manage reports on release progress and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure Salesforce content and training are up to date consistently.
- Works proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations raised by sellers globally. - Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution. - Ensure teams follow the company’s established policies and procedures.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in UK/US time zones as and when needed.

What we’re looking for:

- 2-3 years of training experience creating content and documenting process to distribute globally (desired). Including creating video content with voice over.
- 2+ years’ Salesforce admin experience. Lightning required, Classic a plus.
- 2+ years' experience training and supporting contract process desired.
- 2+ years' experience working with Agile development processes and working within Jira.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with Brainshark a plus.
- Salesforce admin certification a plus.
- Business analysis skills to understand the business problem and highlight issues found.
- Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills are a must.
