**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization & Design**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop motion graphics concepts for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, commercials, social media content, explainer videos, and more.
- Create storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projects.
- Work with illustrators, photographers, videographers, and other designers to integrate multimedia assets into video projects.
- **Animation & Editing**:

- Design and animate 2D and/or 3D motion graphics, including logos, infographics, and character animations.
- Edit and compile video footage, add special effects, and create smooth transitions to enhance the video’s narrative.
- Develop kinetic typography, visual effects, and compositing techniques to enhance video storytelling.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, and project managers to understand the project’s goals and deliver compelling visual content that aligns with the overall strategy.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure motion graphics are optimized for different platforms (web, social media, television).
- **Post-production**:

- Handle video color correction, sound design, and final exportation of video files in various formats and resolutions.
- Implement feedback from clients and team members to make revisions and improvements as needed.
- **Staying Updated**:

- Keep up with the latest trends in motion design, animation techniques, software advancements, and digital content strategies.
- Experiment with new tools and design styles to keep content fresh and innovative.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role in video production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of 3D animation tools (Blender, Maya, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong sense of timing, movement, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 3 years (preferred)
- Motion Graphics: 3 years (preferred)
- Design: 2 years (preferred)
- Animation: 2 years (preferred)
- Cinema 4D: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (preferred)
- Photoshop: 3 years (preferred)
