**Job Summary**

The Motion Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating engaging animations, videos, and motion graphics that convey Truedeal’s brand story and enhance customer engagement. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for translating ideas into impactful motion visuals.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Animation and Video Production**
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
- Create promotional videos, explainer animations, dynamic social media posts, and other motion-driven visuals that align with Truedeal’s brand voice and aesthetic.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage, incorporating motion elements, transitions, and sound design to produce polished and impactful content.

**Content Ideation and Collaboration**
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and graphic design teams to conceptualize and produce compelling visual narratives that align with campaign goals.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for motion graphics and video projects that engage travel audiences and convey Truedeal’s unique value proposition.

**Brand Consistency and Guidelines**
- Maintain and evolve the motion elements of Truedeal’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all multimedia content.
- Experiment with typography, color schemes, and graphical elements to create compelling motion-based designs.

**Trend Awareness and Innovation**
- Stay up-to-date with trends in animation, video production, and digital marketing to keep our visual content fresh, innovative, and relevant.
- Explore new tools, techniques, and software to enhance the creative process and maximize the impact of motion graphics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing animations, video content, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other video/animation tools.
- Strong knowledge of motion design principles, including timing, transitions, composition, and animation techniques.
- Experience creating content optimized for various digital and social media platforms.

**Technical Skills**
- Video editing, sound design, and color grading.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Ability to create storyboards, prototypes, and concept animations.

**Soft Skills**
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on producing polished and professional work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
