The BIM Modeller - will be a member of Linxon IN OPC-Chennai Engineering Team and will contribute towards the effective operation of the business unit.The position provides design for engineering discipline across multiple engineering projects within the OPC.

**What will you do?**
- Substation engineering drawings experience (132kV & 33kV voltage level), Primary Engineering Drawings experience (Layout & Section, Cable routing & layout, Earthing layout, EKD, etc).
- Preferred to be an independent working ability taking minimum inputs from Engineer. Hands on experience in revit tool & expert in AutoCAD
- Develop Substation 3D models in Revit / AutoCAD and MicroStation tool.
- Act as a BIM Modeller, prepare and provide guidance to drafting resources / project teams on highly complex designs / drawings.
- Awareness of BIM Level 2 standard and Perform Gap analysis of current skill level against advanced BIM level requirements.
- Ensure own activities related to designs are delivered efficiently executed, in accordance to quality standards specified in contractual documents.
- Reports any contract/quality/program/cost issues to management, along with recommendations for resolution

**Experience and Education Required**:

- 6-10 years’ experience in AutoCAD/MicroStation/Revit modelling/design
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree / Power Engineering or relevant.
- Good knowledge on AIS & GIS Substation design.
