Chemist Production Supervisor

Having supervision skills to handle labour, manage production and timely packaging and dispatch of finished goods ensuring quality standards.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures.
- Introducing heat, light, energy, and chemical catalysts to chemical substances to induce reactions
- Writing technical papers and reports, and preparing standards and specifications for processes, tests, and products
- Maintaining laboratory instruments, troubleshooting malfunctions, and purchasing new laboratory supplies.
- Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures.
- Evaluating and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards
- Bsc/Msc in chemistry
- Able to travel

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
