**_Job Description _**
In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.
**_Roles & Responsibilities _**
1 Lead the implementation of Quality Management pillar
2 Analyze raw materials and report to Production Manager/Supervisors on findings
3 Maintaining a log for batch-wise samples of all SKU’s
4 Making sure all the processes followed and adhered to are in line with standards set up by Food Department
5 Following GMP GHP
6 Doing regular quality audits & handing over reports to the unit head
7 Analyze samples received for costumer/consumer complaint and provide a report on findings to the unit head
8 Monitors and assures the compliance with quality standards w.r.t Raw Material, Production Process, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Quality and Good Transportation Practices to ensure product conforms to specification/s and food safety practices.
9 Assisting in documentation and certifications related to FSMS & FSSAI
10 Conducting periodic quality audits
11 Provide expertise of standardization of chemicals reagents and calibration required for lab
12 Maintenance of machinery and equipment's as per FSMS standards
**_Primary Skills _**
Quality Testing, Maintaining Hygiene Protocol and following GMP & GHP in food industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
