An **Front Office Cum Admin**is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of a company, ensuring that business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. This role involves managing staff, optimizing operational workflows, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the organization's goals are met.
**1. Administrative Management**:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including office supplies, facility management, and staff support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all departments.
- Maintain records, including HR documents, legal paperwork, and internal policies.
- Implement and improve administrative systems, such as filing, invoicing, and data entry procedures.
**2. Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies.
- Manage operational risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Oversee safety and security protocols to protect employees and company assets.
- Ensure that all required licenses and permits for operational activities are up-to-date.
**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
**2. Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and senior management.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and resource allocation.
**3. Problem-Solving Abilities**:
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Ability to handle unexpected challenges and make timely decisions to address issues.
**4. Technical Skills**:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
**5. Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the company’s operations.
- Risk assessment and management capabilities to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree** in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
