Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and prior experience in handling administrative and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and staff attendance records.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin departments for general office support.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Support internal communication and office coordination activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
