**Job Title: Electrician**

**Department: Maintenance & Electrician**

**Location: Tumkur, Karnataka**

**Job Summary**:As a Electrician, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations related to Maintenance and Electrical Department of the company. You will work closely with the Maintenance & Electrical Team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in accordance with relevant codes and safety regulations.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switches, to identify issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Install wiring systems, including conduit, cable trays, and raceways, to distribute electrical power in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components, following diagrams and blueprints, ensuring proper installation and adherence to safety standards.
- Install and maintain electrical equipment, such as lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets.
- Adhere to safety practices and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during electrical installations and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate electrical hazards and maintain a safe work environment for self and others.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Replace or repair defective parts, wiring, or equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent, materials used, and work completed.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to electrical installations, repairs, and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding job status, issues, and recommendations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI - Electrical
- Basic understanding of Electrical principles and practices would be an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Experience**:

- Freshers & Experienced both are eligible.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
