Poultry Farm Supervisor

**Roles and Responsibilities of Farm /Hatchery Supervisor**:
- The role of the Farm/poultry supervisor is a multi-tasking function, involves the ownership of the entire process in taking care of the live stock such as;:
- (i) Manage the manpower at **shed/allotted section**

(ii) Handling the insemination in consultation with **Farm managers/incharges**

(iii) Timely arrange to feed, grade of birds/eggs, collection of eggs.

(iv) Supervise **(Ensure proper)** the cleaning of eggs.

(v) Weighing the birds and maintaining the weight charts of the birds.

(vi) Arrange**(Carryout)** vaccination, sanitation & medication **time to time** for the birds as per instruction

(vii) **Maintain** various reports daily, weekly and monthly reports

(viii) Sundry errand jobs management.

(ix) Co-ordinating with handyman like plumber, carpenter, fabricator, electrician etc.,

(x) Overall health and hygiene of the farm.

(xi) Fly & Pest control.

(xii) Control of Mortality and disposal of the dead birds.

(xiii) Disposal of birds/chicks/eggs etc., for sale or transfer.

(xiv) Removal of Manure for disposal/storage of the same.

(xv) Coordination with other departments.

(xvi) Reporting of unusual mortalities/production problems to farm incharges.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
