We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Database Administration Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in database management, performance tuning, and data security while contributing to the optimization of our database systems to support our business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database management systems (DBMS).
- Support database performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet project requirements.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Help maintain data integrity and security by implementing best practices and compliance measures.
- Participate in backup and recovery operations, ensuring data protection and disaster recovery protocols are followed.
- Document database structures, processes, and changes for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with emerging database technologies and trends, providing suggestions for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of relational database management systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic database design concepts.
- Awareness of data modeling and normalization principles.
- Basic knowledge of data backup, recovery, and security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
