**Job Summary**:
**Role: Calling Agent**
**Location: Lower Parel**
**Shift: Night Shift (US Process)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or database.
- Introduce company products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or set up appointments for our sales team.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in a night shift role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours.

**Compensation as per experience.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
