**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with **schools, colleges, and educational institutions** to introduce our career counseling services.
- Arrange **meetings, presentations, and discussions** with school principals, administrators, and student counselors.
- Promote and explain our **career analysis test and counseling process** to educational institutions.
- Work on partnerships with institutions to onboard students for career counseling sessions.
- Follow up with potential clients and institutions to maintain long-term relationships.
- Represent our company **professionally and effectively** in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and **networking skills**.
- Ability to **initiate and maintain professional relationships** with school and college authorities.
- **Fluency in English and Tamil.**:

- **Sales, marketing, or educational counseling experience** is preferred.
- Self-motivated and **target-driven**.
- Willingness to travel locally to visit institutions.
