**Job Type**: Full-Time | In-Person

**Experience**: 1-3 Years (in Electrical/Manufacturing Industry Preferred)

**Qualification**: Graduate / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

**Salary**: ₹1.44 to ₹1.80 LPA (Negotiable as per experience)

**Key Responsibilities: Store & Stock Management**:

- Maintain records of all **inward and outward materials** using Tally.
- Monitor and **update inventory levels** of electrical components (LBS, MCCBs, enclosures, busbars, etc.).
- Conduct **physical stock audits** periodically.
- Coordinate with the production team to issue materials and maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper **storage, labeling, and organization** of materials in the store.

**Purchase Operations**:

- Prepare and issue **Purchase Orders (POs)** as per production and store requirements.
- Identify and **communicate with vendors**, collect quotations, and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Maintain **vendor database** with pricing history and lead times.
- Negotiate prices and ensure **cost-effective procurement** of standard-quality materials.
- Ensure all **purchase records are updated in Tally** and documents are filed for audit.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime** (mandatory)
- Good understanding of **electrical components and accessories** used in panels
- Inventory control and purchase tracking
- Basic knowledge of **GST & billing**:

- Strong follow-up and communication with vendors
- Experience in **panel manufacturing or electrical industry**:

- Ability to handle both **store and purchase independently**:

- Proactive, organized, and willing to work in a **fast-paced workshop environment**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
