Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process - Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally - Gather materials and assemble information packages - Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty - Assist the management team to develop, implement and execute the revenue, revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service - Develop, coordinate and implement social media initiatives as well as beverage promotional programs - Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process - Answer guest questions about property facilities. - To promote event & group bookings in the F&B outlets - Support with Gifts Central Sales & Operations - Partnership with vendors and key account management for assigned segment - Generate revenue for hotel F&B outlets through execution of actions outlined in the departmental marketing plan - Assist to promote & convert business enquiries for F&B outlets for groups 20 and above effectively and handling special projects. - Develop new accounts through pro-active prospecting efforts - Site inspection of F&B Outlets, including hotel facilities - Prompt response to all forms of inquiries to capture additional market share - Sales & Marketing support for Festive Sales & Special Project - Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues working closely with all stakeholders - Follow up and confirm with clients on all information pertaining to the events and to organize information for accurate turnover once account turns definite - Update database, analyze promotional post mortems and promotion P&L before major promotions. - Support and uphold the Hotel’s mission, vision and guiding principles.
**What we need from you**
Good Communication Excellent verbal & communication skills prior experience of food & beverage would be advantage Ihm graduate / diploma
