At Patterns Store, we are building a women focused clothing brand that is trying to bring in elements from Bharat to the urban Indian market. Our aim is to bring the traditional patterns from the hearts of India and marry them with the contemporary fashion trends.

- We are looking to hire a Social Media Intern to help us start our journey. You will be responsible for managing our company’s social media accounts and growing the brand’s presence. Your understanding of the digital landscape and go-getter attitude are our main requirements.

Actively suggesting and creating social media content to generate user engagement will be your primary responsibility. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for keeping track of the follower count and performance reports. Your other responsibilities include scheduling social media postings, suggesting social media strategies, and participating in networking events actively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Social Media Presence:_
1. Actively managing the company’s social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram,

LinkedIn, and Twitter.
2. Generating engaging content for blogs, infographics, videos and photos
3. Tracking user engagement and performance on various social media platforms
4. Engaging with the audience on all social media channels
5. Creating and maintaining performance metrics
6. Ensuring uniformity in the brand’s tone and content across all social media platforms
7. Increasing and keeping a tab on the follower count
8. Replying to customer feedback and messages
- Working on daily operations:_
1. Coordinating with the founder for daily operations
2. Managing scheduling on content calendars
3. Updating the brand’s offerings on required platforms
4. Participating in networking events to build brand awareness
- Building for future growth:_
1. Brainstorming digital marketing and campaign ideas

2. Suggesting and developing ideas for social media marketing
3. Assisting the founder to determine marketing strategies and budget
4. Conducting online polls and surveys to ascertain the brand’s reach
5. Performing marketing cost analysis and keyword research

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field
- Familiarity with handling different social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Basic understanding of social media trends
- Highly creative and motivated
- Impressive oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn new skills
- Having a go-getter attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop
- Problem solving ability and listening skills

Kavita Manocha has been associated with the fashion industry for 15+ yrs. She had been on a hiatus, managing her family by taking on the hat of a homemaker. She is getting back in the market with her new brand patterns store, trying to connect the rural and the urban Indias.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
