We are The Viral Mark — a digital marketing agency that helps brands break through the noise and go viral (on purpose). From social media campaigns to performance-driven strategies, we work with businesses to boost their online presence and real-world results.

We’re currently expanding and looking for a proactive Call Handler to reach out to warm leads and introduce our digital marketing services with clarity, confidence, and charisma.

Role Overview:
As a Call Handler, you’ll be responsible for contacting potential clients (leads), introducing them to our services, and setting up appointments or follow-ups with our core team. You are not just making calls — you’re opening doors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to provided leads (business owners, startups, creators, etc.)
- Clearly explain our digital marketing services (e.g., social media management, ad campaigns, branding)
- Identify client needs and gauge interest
- Handle objections professionally and encourage further conversation
- Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with our strategy/sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM with lead status
- Share insights or feedback from leads to help refine our pitch and offerings

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken communication skills in English (Hindi/Regional languages a plus)
- Confident, clear, and persuasive phone presence
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer outreach is a plus but not mandatory
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets
