**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Management**: Oversee and manage content creation for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement effective social media strategies to enhance the brand's presence, engagement, and online visibility within the healthcare sector.
- **Analytics & Performance Monitoring**: Utilize social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance and refine strategies to achieve optimal results.
- **Social Media Ads**: Run, optimize, and track performance of paid social media campaigns across platforms.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and the medical/healthcare industry to ensure compliance with content guidelines and best practices.
- **Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing posts, stories, and other content using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in social media management, with a focus on the medical/healthcare industry preferred.
- **Platform Expertise**: In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X) and their unique algorithms and audience engagement tactics.
- **Performance Marketing**: Proven experience in running social media ads and optimizing for performance, with measurable results.
- **Analytics Skills**: Proficient in using social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
- **Communication & Creativity**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to content creation and engagement.
- **Design Skills**: Experience in graphic design using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
