**Job Summary**: This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district for a Social Media Executive. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, managing and executing social media campaigns for our company. They will administrate all social media accounts. They will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts, video editing, responding to followers and monitoring metrics. They will also collaborate with internal teams to plan and create engaging content for our social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure a cutting-edge social media presence.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.

**3. Videography & Video Editing**:

- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, including products videos, promotional content, and event coverage.
- Use motion graphics, transitions and special effects to enhance video quality.

**4. Community Management**:

- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster a positive online community by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

**5. Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

**6. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives.
- Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong Video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotions is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
