**Dental Virtual Assistant (Remote)**

**Company Overview**:
At **Shift Accounting**, we specialize in supporting dental practices with streamlined financial and administrative services. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Dental Virtual Assistant** to join our team remotely and assist dental clinics with their front desk operations. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and have experience in healthcare or dental administration, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities:Insurance & Payment Coordination**:

- Obtain dental insurance breakdowns for incoming patients.
- Post payments and reconcile insurance payments accurately.

**Front Desk Support**:

- Assist receptionists with administrative tasks to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Maintain and update patient records in clinic databases.

**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Organize and manage digital files using cloud-based platforms like SharePoint or Google Drive.
- Generate and share weekly or monthly performance reports as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a healthcare or dental setting is preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various cloud-based tools.
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy in managing data and reconciling payments.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Able to anticipate needs, solve problems, and work independently.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
