**Key Responsibilities:Insurance & Payment Coordination**:

- Obtain dental insurance breakdowns for incoming patients.
- Post payments and reconcile insurance payments accurately.

**Front Desk Support**:

- Assist receptionists with administrative tasks to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Maintain and update patient records in clinic databases.

**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Organize and manage digital files using cloud-based platforms like SharePoint or Google Drive.
- Generate and share weekly or monthly performance reports as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a healthcare or dental setting is preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various cloud-based tools.
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy in managing data and reconciling payments.
