Dental Nurse/receptionist

Our client who is U.S.based dental practice is looking to hire a **female remote dental assistant** to join our growing virtual team. This position is ideal for someone with a **medical or dental background** and a minimum of **4 years of call center experience**. You will be responsible for handling patient calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with insurance verification.

**Work Schedule (IST)**:

- **Monday to Thursday**: 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- **One day (Friday or Saturday)**: 6:30 PM - 1:30 AM
- **Total**: 5 days a week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer patient calls and schedule appointments promptly
- Assist with insurance verifications as needed
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally on speakerphone
- Ensure new patients are never left on hold
- Follow instructions and protocols set by the practice

**Qualifications**:

- Medical or dental background **(required)**:

- Minimum 4 years of call center or phone support experience
- Excellent spoken English with a calm, clear tone
- Ability to handle calls confidently and empathetically
- High-speed internet and a quiet work environment
