- Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between subcontractors and internal teams.
- Communicate scope, timelines, and expectations clearly to subcontractors.
- **Cost Control**:

- Evaluate subcontractor quotes and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor subcontract costs against budget and address variances.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure subcontracted work meets the company’s quality standards.
- Conduct periodic inspections and audits of subcontractor outputs.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks in subcontracting and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety and compliance guidelines.

- Ability to handle multiple subcontractors and projects.
