Communicating with customers

Collections agents typically contact customers by phone to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment.

Negotiating payment plans

Collection agents may negotiate payment plans with customers.

Maintaining records

Collection agents are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collections activities.

Following up with customers

Collection agents may follow up with customers who are non-responsive via letter series.

Locating customers

Collection agents may use credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases to locate customers.

Determining a mutually agreed settlement

If the customer responds within a given time, the collection team may initiate debt recovery and discuss a settlement with the debtor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
