**Job summary**

As a Junior Interior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the supervision and coordination of interior construction activities at residential sites. Your role will involve ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely, in alignment with the established design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- **Site Supervision**: Assist in overseeing daily interior construction operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of project phases.
- **Quality Assurance**: Support the implementation of quality control measures to maintain high standards of work and resolve any on-site issues.
- **Safety Management**: Monitor and promote the adherence to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment on-site.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation and prepare detailed site reports for management review.
- **Software Proficiency**: SketchUp Pro, SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: Less than 1 year to 5 years of experience in interior site supervision within the real estate or construction industry.
- **Education**: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
