Green Willa is a premium plant nursery dedicated to providing high-quality plants and exceptional customer service. We're seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Nursery Sales Executive.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
3. Conduct plant knowledge training sessions for customers and staff
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our plant products, including their care, maintenance, and benefits
5. Collaborate with the nursery team to ensure seamless customer experience
6. Participate in visual merchandising, store displays, and promotional events
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail or nursery setting
2. knowledge of plants, gardening, and horticulture (or willingness to learn)
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in horticulture, marketing, or a related field preferred
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
