**- We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team.
- As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing high-quality and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- You will manage day-to-day social media operations, monitor performance metrics, and develop strategies to grow our online community and boost engagement.
- You will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to develop campaigns, create visuals, write captions, and stay up-to-date with current trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- A strong understanding of analytics tools is essential, as you’ll track campaign performance and generate reports to assess ROI and suggest improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, stories, reels, videos) on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram and YouTube.
- Create engaging, creative, and informative content related to educational offerings, courses, achievements, events, and student success stories.
- Monitor trends and hashtags relevant to the coaching/education industry.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Run paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook/Instagram and Google. (if experienced).
- Analyze page performance using insights and analytic tools and create monthly reports.
- Help in online reputation management by monitoring reviews and feedback.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Marketing, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing social media accounts (Freshers with skills are welcome).
- Good understanding of social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of trending formats: Reels, Shorts, Stories, Memes, Carousels.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- Familiarity with SEO basics, hashtags, and content planning.
