**About CGSSC**

**Role Overview**

As a **Data Entry Operator** at CGSSC, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to the organization's training and certification programs. Your role will ensure the integrity and accessibility of information, supporting CGSSC's mission to enhance skill development in the capital goods sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input data from various source documents into the organization's databases within specified timeframes.
- **Data Verification**: Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, correcting any discrepancies as needed.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain and update records of training sessions, participant information, and certification outcomes.
- **Reporting**: Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and program teams to ensure data consistency and support organizational initiatives.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic database management.
- **Typing Skills**: Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
