**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency.
- Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to execute machining tasks.
- Optimize tool paths and machining parameters for productivity and quality.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output targets.
- **Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies**—especially **Multi Slide Machine operations**, which will be introduced in our upcoming third unit.
- Minimum **6 years of hands-on experience** in CNC programming and operation.
- Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).
- Experience with precision components in automotive/manufacturing preferred.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude toward new machine concepts.
- Ready to join immediately and contribute to a high-growth environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
