**Job title **:Mid Level Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create high-quality visual content for both digital and print mediums.
- Develop branding materials such as logos, style guides, and packaging designs.
- Create layouts and graphics for presentations, brochures, and other print materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team leads.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design workflows

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of other tools like Figma, Canva, or After Effects (motion graphics experience is a plus).
- **Portfolio**: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing work across digital and print mediums.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and composition.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and receptive to constructive feedback.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
