
Office Assistant

Job Summary:
The Office Assistant provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. They perform a variety of tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative tasks:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet visitors and clients
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
2. Organizational tasks:
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Organize files and documents
- Ensure office equipment is in good working order
3. Communication tasks:
- Prepare and distribute reports and other documents
- Communicate with colleagues, management, and clients as needed
4. Other tasks:
- Perform data entry and other administrative duties as required
- Provide support to other team members as needed
**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
2. Experience: Previous administrative experience preferred
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
What We're Looking For:
Pay: ₹8,876.15 - ₹29,124.91 per month
