Urgent hiring Communication Strategist for reputed healthcare company at Pune.

Qualification : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.

Key Responsibilities :  Support in developing, maintaining and updating a clear communication strategy and associated work plan to support the company's partnership and get beneficiary issues into the public domain.  Support the company's India brand strategy.  Provide communications and technical support in accordance with central communications requirements as well as teams across organization.  Oversee the implementation of the digital media and mass media strategies and manage agencies contracted to support organization's communications requirements.  Support the communication and public advocacy campaign by working with the stakeholders, partners, donors, beneficiaries/care-givers and organization to collaborate on multi-media initiatives.  Lead media initiatives and information & education activities with various stakeholders including CSOs/ NGO partners, beneficiaries and corporate partners.  Ensure or enhance the quality, appropriateness of communication materials, activities, processes and messages transmitted to the press, partners and public.  Write and edit human interest stories, social media material as applicable.  Ensure all qualitative aspects of audio visual, print, digital material produced in coordination with design/AV/design/PR agencies and are suited for digital and traditional media channels  Develop, maintain and update partners contact list/database.  Help establish, document, review and refine process of working collaboratively with partners, including meetings, joint projects, information sharing etc.  Ensure or enhance the quality, consistency and appropriateness of communication and advocacy materials, activities, processes and messages shared with partners.  Support development/provide input into donor proposals and reports on the organization  Support national advocacy activities around the organization including preparing information materials (e.g., press releases, programme summaries, country fact sheets and media kits).  Provide technical support to ensure that a set of communication performance indicators is identified and adjusted as necessary.  Undertake lessons learned, review of successful and unsuccessful communication experiences and share observations/findings from time to time.  Provide support in collating and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
Salary : Rs.30K to 40K (Subject to Experience, skills & Current CTC).

Notice Period : Immediate/ max 10-15 Days.

**Experience**:

- Communication Strategist: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:
