As per the discussion, we are looking forward to the relevant profiles for the role of "**Political PR and Media Relations"** for our organization. **Below is the job description for the role** **Job Location**: Mumbai (Andheri East) **Job Title**: Political PR and Media Relations **work Mode**: WFO & Permanent **Experience**:1+ Years **Overview**: **Responsibilities**: 1) - Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the political entity's objectives and values. - Identify key messaging priorities and craft compelling narratives to convey our message effectively. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels. 2) - Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, reporters, editors, and other media professionals. - Proactively pitch stories, press releases, and op-eds to relevant media outlets to secure positive coverage. - Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews and media appearances for key spokespersons. 3) - Anticipate and prepare for potential crises that could impact the political entity's reputation. - Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage and mitigate negative publicity. - Act as a spokesperson during times of crisis, providing clear and consistent messaging to the media and the public. 4) - Monitor political developments, public opinion, and media coverage relevant to the political entity. - Analyze and interpret public sentiment to inform communication strategies and messaging. - Engage with stakeholders, community leaders, and interest groups to build coalitions and support for the political entity's initiatives. 5) - Write and edit press releases, speeches, talking points, and other written materials for distribution to the media and the public. - Develop engaging content for social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and other digital channels to amplify our message and reach target audiences. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, political science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). - Proven experience in political PR, media relations, or related roles, preferably within the political arena. - Strong understanding of political processes, issues, and stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages. - Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts and other stakeholders. - Crisis management experience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. - Proficiency in media monitoring tools, social media management platforms, and other relevant software. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday - Fixed Off) **Office Timings**: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Application Question(s): - Must-Have: - Must-Have: Fluent in Marathi, English and Hindi. **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Location**: - Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred) Work Location: In person
