Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and sections using AutoCAD and other software.

2. Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation for projects.

3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure design intent and accuracy.

4. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.

5. Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

6. Maintain organized file systems and documentation.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2. 1+ years of experience in architectural drafting.

3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software.

4. Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction documentation.

5. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).

2. Knowledge of local building regulations and codes.

3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
