**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research to understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives, and tailor product/service offerings to meet those requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention..
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts, ensuring they are favorable and aligned with company policies and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecast
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. Additional certifications in sales or relevant technical areas are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products/services, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
