**Job Title**: Education Loan Officer

**Job Location**: Firebird Institute of Research in Management, Chettipalayam,Coimbatore

**Reports To**: HR Manager/ Managing Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Loan Evaluation**: Assess the creditworthiness of applicants by reviewing financial documents such as income statements, bank statements, and academic records to determine loan eligibility.
- **Documentation Verification**: Ensure that all required documents, including proof of admission, identification, income, and academic history, are submitted and verified accurately.
- **Loan Disbursement**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely disbursement of loan amounts to educational institutions or student accounts.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all bank policies, financial regulations, and legal requirements concerning education loans to ensure that all loans are processed in accordance with regulatory standards.
- **Loan Promotion**: Promote education loan products and services to potential borrowers, explaining the benefits and terms, and assisting in cross-selling other banking products.
- **Repayment Follow-up**: Keep track of loan repayments and send reminders to borrowers about upcoming dues or overdue payments, offering support or assistance where needed.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in education finance, student loan programs, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
