**Job Summary**:
Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage and converting quotes into new policies. You’ll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:

- The person must have past experience in Investment funds, segregated funds & mutual funds.
- Client Communication: Communicating with clients to understand their insurance needs, answering their queries, and providing information about different insurance products and services
- Customer Service: Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance throughout the insurance process, actively listening to clients' needs, proactively addressing concerns.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent knowledge of using MS Office suites
Excellent in English language
- both written and verbal
Insurance experience preferred
Insurance domain certifications preferred
