**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Provide expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.Solve complex problems and follow good coding practices and complying with existing quality standardAnalyze project requirements and accordingly provide technical and functional recommendationsEvaluate existing engineering processes and recommend improvementsRecommend new technologies to improve system performance and reliabilityPerform system failure analysis and provide corrective actionsSetup high-quality standards in production running code by performing diligent code reviews and rigorous unit test coverageEnsure high availability of backend services including implementation of auto-recovery procedures in collaboration with DevOps teams
