**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database to generate leads.
- Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, projects, and services.
- Schedule site visits or meetings between clients and sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and ensure timely communication.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any initial concerns to build trust and rapport.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and client handling.
- Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, projects, and competitors.
