**2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and other PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement using Google Analytics and other tools.
**3. Social Media Marketing**
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
**4. Content Marketing**
- Develop high-quality content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
- Work with designers, writers, and video creators to ensure engaging multimedia content.
- Optimize content for search engines and social media engagement.
**6. Online Advertising & Paid Campaigns**
- Manage paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
**7. Analytics & Reporting**
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track campaign performance.
- Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
- Use data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns for better results.
**8. Customer Engagement & Community Management**
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media and other digital platforms.
- Engage with online communities to build brand trust and loyalty.
- Manage online reputation by handling customer feedback effectively.
**9. Website & E-commerce Management**
- Oversee website updates and improvements to enhance user experience (UX).
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to increase sales and leads.
- Ensure website content aligns with marketing goals.
**10. Collaboration & Team Coordination**
- Work closely with designers, developers, content creators, and sales teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
