**OR **FRESHER’S WELCOME (MUST FROM TECHNICAL FIELD )

**NOTICE PERIOD**:IMMEDIATE JOINER **OR** JOIN 1ST DAY OF NEXT MONTH

**WORK TIMINGS MALE**: 09:45 AM **TO **07.45 PM.

**WORK TIMINGS FEMALE**: 09:00 AM **TO **06.30 PM.

**LUNCH TIMINGS **: 12:30 PM **TO **01.30 PM.

- SUNDAY AFTER 3~PM (T-23~ANNUAL)

**JOB DESCRIPTION KNOWLEDGE OR SKILL -**
DAY-TO-DAY IT SUPPORT FOR USERS AND SOLVE ISSUES LIKE SYSTEM FORMAT, SOFTWARE INSTALLATION,
- IT PRODUCTS CHEKING,SORTING MANAGMENT.
- IT PRODUCTS MARKETING MANAGMENT.
- IT PRODUCTS ACCOUNT & SALES MANAGMENT.
- IT PRODUCTS SERVICE & SUPPORT MANAGMENT.
- IT PRODUCTS RETAIL & CRM MANAGMENT.
- IT PRODUCTS OUTDOOR WORK MANAGMENT.
- TEAM BACK SUPPORT & OTHER OFFICE WORK.
- GOOD COMMUNICATIONS & CREATIVE MIND SKILLS
- GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. TECHNICALLY SOUND. SOFT SPOKEN.
- OS UPGRADE, HARDWARE TROUBLESHOOTING
- PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR BOTH HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ISSUES ON DESKTOP & LAPTOP.
- INSTALLING AND UPGRADING OPERATING SYSTEMS AND COMPUTER SOFTWARE.
- KNOWLEDGE OF MS OUTLOOK CONFIGURATION, TROUBLESHOOTING, BACKUP & RESTORE
- TROUBLESHOOTING NETWORK CONNECTIVITY IN A LAN/WAN ENVIRONMENT
- INSTALLATION & TROUBLESHOOTING OF LOCAL AND NETWORK PRINTERS.
- MONITORING AND MAINTAINING COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS
- KNOWLEDGE OF ACTIVE DIRECTORY AND DOMAIN SERVER.
- KNOWLEDGE OF TCP/IP & LAN SETUP
- KNOWLEDGE OF CCTV CAMERA INSTALLATION & TROUBLESHOOTING.
- HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE ON TICKETING TOOLS OF IT EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- SHOULD BE BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMPUTER ENGINEERING OR A RELEVANT DEGREE
- REQUIREMENTS:

- SHOULD HAVE 1 TO 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER IN IT
- CERTIFICATION IN HARDWARE & NETWORKING.
- GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH.
