**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Program Development**: Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and external partners to develop study abroad programs that align with the institution's educational goals and curriculum requirements.
- **Program Promotion**: Market study abroad opportunities to students through informational sessions, workshops, promotional materials, and online platforms to increase participation and interest.
- **Student Advising**: Provide guidance and support to students interested in studying abroad, including program selection, academic planning, and understanding cultural and logístical considerations.
- **Pre-Departure Orientation**: Organize and conduct pre-departure orientation sessions for students accepted into study abroad programs, covering topics such as cultural adaptation, health and safety abroad, travel logistics, and academic expectations.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate program logistics, including arranging housing accommodations, transportation, excursions, and cultural activities for study abroad participants.
- **Health and Safety Support**: Provide information and resources on health insurance, vaccinations, medical services, and emergency procedures to ensure the health and safety of students while studying abroad.
- **Cross-Cultural Training**: Offer cultural orientation and training sessions to help students develop intercultural communication skills, navigate cultural differences, and maximize their cultural immersion experience.
- **Academic Support**: Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to ensure that study abroad programs align with students' academic goals, transfer credit policies, and degree requirements.
- **Financial Aid Coordination**: Coordinate financial aid opportunities, scholarships, grants, and fundraising initiatives to support students with financial need in funding their study abroad experience.
- **Emergency Response**: Develop and implement emergency response protocols and procedures to address crises or emergencies affecting study abroad participants, including communication plans and support services.
- **Post-Program Evaluation**: Collect feedback from study abroad participants to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the overall study abroad experience for future students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international education, higher education administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in study abroad advising, program coordination, or international education.
- Knowledge of study abroad programs, academic exchange opportunities, and international travel logistics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing program logistics, documentation, and deadlines.
- Cultural competency and sensitivity to work with diverse student populations from different backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to promoting international education, cultural exchange, and global citizenship.

**Salary**: ₹16,325.30 - ₹39,053.26 per month
