Arrange shipments by checking stocks to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements; placing and expediting orders.
- Shipping by examining items, destination, route, rate, delivery time; ordering carriers.
- Ensure and verify items physically before shipping, matching quantity, following despatch instructions of customers with invoices.
- Inform customers by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and status; attending queries.
- Replacement of damaged items, short supply, and mis shipments by replacement or credit/debit note.
- Manage the team of delivery boys.
- Ensure that all the invoices are being assigned properly as per the requirement.
- To take GRN and inward goods are barcoded.
- To issue sample/ returnable challan.
- To complete all the work which is being allotted by the reporting manager.
- Assist other admin team members for physical checking of purchase.
- Activity Assignment
- Quarterly stock taking
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
