Yonah Real Estate Agency is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Video Content Intern to elevate our online presence and showcase our property listings and brand identity. This intern will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging video content that highlights our real estate offerings, tells compelling stories, and strengthens brand awareness. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**:

- Act as the on-camera personality representing Yonah Real Estate across social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and produce high-quality video content, including property tours, brand stories, and market insights.
- Write engaging and authentic scripts that align with our brand’s voice and real estate goals.

**2. Page Building & Growth**:

- Contribute to the growth and engagement of new and existing social media channels.
- Implement creative strategies to build followers and improve interaction with our content.

**3. Video Production**:

- Shoot, edit, and optimize short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Showcase properties through visually appealing video tours and lifestyle content.

**4. Trend Monitoring**:

- Keep a pulse on real estate, social media, and video content trends to incorporate the latest ideas into our strategies.
- Leverage trending formats, sounds, and challenges to increase brand visibility.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with our marketing and real estate teams to align content with property listings, promotions, and campaigns.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas for new series, campaigns, and video formats.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- 30% Increase in social media followers and engagement.
- 25% Focus on producing high-quality, innovative video content.
- 20% Timely delivery and posting of content.
- 15% Positive feedback and audience interaction.
- 10% Effective use of trending video formats and social media challenges.

**Required Skillset**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or mobile apps).
- Strong on-camera presence with confidence in delivering engaging content.
- Ability to write compelling scripts and tell captivating stories.
- Knowledge of social media growth strategies (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Creativity and passion for experimenting with new content ideas.

**Experience**:

- Experience managing personal or professional social media accounts.
- Familiarity with real estate content is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered editing tools is a bonus.
