- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and the general public with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests, if applicable.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Well-groomed appearance with a focus on maintaining a professional image.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, such as phones, computers, and printers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus, but not required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
