**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for game launches, events, and community engagement.
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing assets related to gaming products.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and influencers to create compelling promotional materials.
- Engage with online gaming communities and gather feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics, including user engagement and conversion rates.
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline gaming events, tournaments, and product launches.
- Stay updated on gaming trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture, platforms, and communities.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Discord, YouTube).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Basic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for gaming and the ability to speak the language of gamers.

**Educational Qualification (mandatory)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
